Heading into Clift Creek Road, you will proceed until you see the Clifty Creek Estates sign on the right hand side. Turn into the neighborhood and the “A Frame of Mind” house will be on the right side. Pull into the driveway and park where feasible. There is plenty of parking for guests, boats, etc.

Checking In and Out

Wifi Access

  • Will be provided at the house or by your host.

Before You Leave

  • Gather Used Towels
    Please put all used towels, make-up rags, and wash rags on bathroom floor.

  • Throw Trash Away
    Please make sure the fridge/pantry is cleaned out. Please place all trash in the bins on the side entrance of the home.

  • Turn Things Off
    Please turn off all lights besides the switches marked ” Do not turn off”.

  • Latch Hot Tub
    Please make sure to shut and latch the hot tub cover prior to leaving.

  • Gather Used Dishes
    Place all used dishes and utensils in the dishwasher for cleaner, start if possible.

  • Adjust Thermostat
    Please make sure the thermostat is on 68 Heat for winter months, and 72 cool for summer months when exiting the property.

  • Strip Used Beds
    Please strip sheets and leave at the foot of the bed.

  • Lock Up
    Please lock all doors when leaving the property. Thank you!

House Manual

There are 3 Roku TVs and 2 Visio TVs. They are all programed for free TV streaming channels, and several movie channels.

Futon Setup:

  1. Unzip legs on top back section of Futon.
  2. Fold out support legs.
  3. Fold back section down. Legs will support back section.

Area Guides

Additional Rules

  • Use of Neighborhood DOCKS is not permitted. They are privately owned. However, neighborhood RAMPS can be used to launch boats.
  • No confetti or glitter allowed on the premises.
  • Please leave bedding on the appropriate bed.
  • Please, no eating or drinking in the hot tub.
  • Please leave cover on and latched on all times when hot tub is not in use. Please place floater back in spa when not in use.
  • Please use lotions and self tanners sparingly in the hot tub as they can affect the water.
  • Shoes are to be worn at all times on the deck.

Preparing for Your Trip to “A Frame of Mind”

  • If you are coming from a northern location, you might want to stop and grab supplies in Russel Springs. There is a Kroger about 18 mins from the house in Russel Springs. This Kroger also has a pharmacy, if needed.
